The delivery service has integrated with the restaurant review apps as well as Alexa+ and Bilt to reach more customers.

Hungry consumers can now order delivery from Grubhub while browsing restaurants on Eater.
It’s part of four new integrations for the delivery service that are designed to extend its reach to more customers and drive more orders to restaurants.
In addition to Eater, the restaurant news and review site, Grubhub is also now available on social media app Beli and Amazon’s Alexa+. Also, consumers who pay their rent or mortgage through Bilt can get a $10 monthly Grubhub credit.
"Grubhub's latest integrations tap directly into the everyday platforms where diners are already discovering, planning, and ordering their next meal," said McCall Gridley, head of Grubhub's growth partnerships at Wonder. "By integrating with leading financial, lifestyle, and media platforms, we're making it easier than ever for customers to discover, decide, and order—while unlocking new demand and high-intent traffic for our merchant partners."
On Eater, customers will be able to start an order from the Eater app and website via Grubhub links that appear on certain Eater Maps. It is part of a redesigned Eater app launched in March.
On Beli, Grubhub ordering can be found on restaurant pages on the app. Customers use the app to rank and review restaurants and dishes and interact with other diners. Founded in 2021, Beli has grown quickly and is particularly popular with younger people. The ability to order from restaurants on the app was not previously available.
Customers will also be able to order Grubhub with Alexa+, the latest version of Amazon’s Alexa voicebot launched last year. Alexa+ is built with generative AI and allows customers to converse with the bot “the same way you would with a waiter.” They can browse restaurants on Grubhub, build an order and check out just by talking.
It adds to Grubhub’s existing relationship with Amazon that gives Prime members free delivery and other perks. Rival Uber Eats is also available on Alexa+.
The integrations will apply only to restaurants that use Grubhub for delivery.
And lastly, users of Bilt can exchange $10 in monthly Bilt Cash for a $10 Grubhub credit. Bilt is a service that lets customers earn rewards on their housing payments, including cash back in the form of Bilt Cash.
Partnerships like these are not uncommon for delivery apps. Customers can order from restaurants on Instacart via Uber Eats, for instance, and members of DoorDash’s DashPass program can get perks on Lyft and vice-versa. They help expose the services to more consumers while giving partners a new feature to offer their users.
For Grubhub, the integrations are part of a renewed investment in the company under Wonder, the high-tech food hall and delivery startup founded by entrepreneur Marc Lore.
