It’s BAAAAAAAAck! Chefs nation-wide are testing their chops as they showcase American Lamb for Lamb Jam 2026. Here in Boston, six chefs are going head-to-head for the title of Lamb Jam Champion. The annual event hosted by the American Lamb Board celebrates family-operated sheep farms in a unique culinary competition. From comforting, smoky lemon and rosemary lamb ribs to complex, “exotic” spiced lamb samosas, it’s lamb like you’ve never experienced before.

Throughout April visit participating restaurants to try each lamb-inspired dish and vote for your favorite. If the creative small bites aren’t enough, your vote enters you for a chance to win tickets to an exclusive dinner hosted by Boston’s winning chef.
