Jollibee adds chicken nuggets to the menu

Jollibee was one of the fastest-growing chains in the U.S. last year, generating 17% sales growth and nearly 7%-unit count growth. The Philippines-based fast-food chicken chain now has well over 100 U.S. locations with an eye on reaching 500 by 2030.

Jollibee is likely to gain more market share in the process as it adds one of the most ordered menu items in chicken nuggets. The nuggets will be available nationwide starting July 2.

The new chicken nuggets are made with 100% white meat chicken and are served with the brand’s signature gravy or one of five dipping sauces. They are available in 5-, 8-, 15-, and 30-piece options and served in their own mini buckets like the chain’s Chickenjoy fried chicken.

"We are incredibly excited to bring our signature crispy, juicy chicken expertise to our new chicken nuggets," Luis Velasco, SVP and marketing head, Jollibee Group, North America, said in a statement. "At Jollibee, we are always looking for ways to bring more joy to our guests' tables, and this all-new chicken nugget launch is the perfect example of how we continue to innovate and elevate fast-food favorites. The craveworthy quality and high standards that made us the 'best fried chicken' in America can now be found in our new nuggets, and we can't wait for everyone to try them.”

Since its U.S. debut over 25 years ago, Jollibee has experienced slow and steady growth. The chain opened its first domestic franchised location in August 2025 and is now accelerating its footprint, prioritizing the New York tristate area, as well as Florida, Texas, and the West Coast.
