Marathon Eats from The Bosworth
No one wants to pull a hammy just getting some grub on Marathon weekend, so luckily, chef Kinan Ibrahim has the city covered with marathon-ready menus at The Bosworth. As Boston gears up for its most iconic race, the Downtown spot is serving up a little something for everyone including carb-loaded specials designed to keep hungry runners strong and spectators ready to cheer.
If you’re gearing up for the mad dash, stop in on Saturday, April 18th and Sunday the 19th for the Indulge & Conquer Menu, which is all about comfort and fuel, with dishes like rigatoni bolognese with slow-cooked meat ragu, spaghetti cacio e pepe, and three cheese ravioli to get you across the finish line.
On event day, Monday, April 20th, the restaurant shifts into full-day mode, starting with brunch from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Load up on classic eggs Benedict, avocado toast and Crème Brûlée Pancakes while the runners make their way from Hopkinton. From there, the menu rolls into an easygoing afternoon menu until 5:00pm for walk-ins, where spectators can dig into everything from fennel chicken sausage flatbread to smashed burgers, fish tacos, and hearty plates of roasted chicken built to go the distance. And of course there’ll be plenty of cold craft beers and signature cocktails for celebrating!
Take a look at all the choices below, and get reservations online here or give the restaurant a call at 617.772.5834 if you have any Qs.
