One Cocktail, One Tree
Earth Month comes with a built-in reason to raise a glass at The Vermilion Club. Throughout April, the chef John Fraser‘s stylish spot (it has its own Chihuly!) is partnering with Fever-Tree on a cocktail program that gives back with every pour. For each drink ordered from the featured menu (see below), a tree will be planted through Fever-Tree’s partnership with One Tree Planted, supporting forest restoration efforts across more than 20 U.S. National Forests and helping protect biodiversity along the way.
The lineup includes a mix of bright, seasonal sippers – from a citrusy Curaçao Collins and yuzu-laced Moscow Mule to a classic Dark & Stormy and a refreshing Southside Fizz – each built with Fever-Tree’s tonics and sparkling mixers.
It’s an easy way to toast to spring while doing a little good in the process…one drink (and one tree!) at a time. You can book a table online here or just make your way downtown Monday through Friday after 11:30am or Saturday after 5:00pm to find a seat at the bar.
